BREAKDOWN

3 PHASES OF TRAINING

10 weeks of training is split into 3 phases. Weeks 1-4, weeks 5-7, weeks 8-10. Each training phase is loaded with new exercises to make sure you're always challenged.  

STRUCTURE

Have a game plan for the week and know exactly what muscle group you're training each day.  The weight training is structured with  specific exercises, sets and reps.  Videos are included for reference. 

ACCELERATE

Accelerate your results with a variety of cardio routines  + ab circuits to choose from at the end of your training sessions. Cardio routines are 15-20 minutes. Each Ab circuit combines a variety of exercises. Start with Ab circuit 1 and work your way up as the weeks go on.

DIAL IN YOUR NUTRITION

Grocery list with over 100 items you can use for reference when you go grocery shopping. I've also included a meal planning guide to help you plan your nutrition.  If you need help with your macros I got you covered. Macros are included for free.
